NAI Carolantic is pleased to welcome Hunter Stewart who has recently joined the firm as a Broker. Mr. Stewart will be a member of our new Retail Services Division working with tenants and landlords. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stewart was a Business Strategy Analyst with The Fresh Market at their headquarters location in Greensboro. His experience with The Fresh Market will give him an invaluable edge in working with retail clients needing commercial real estate assistance.
Mr. Stewart is a native of Sanford. We are pleased to have him join our brokerage team.

Community Involvement:
Habitat for Humanity: Provides low income housing to families through volunteer contractors and material donations. Volunteer.
Make A Wish Foundation: Organization working to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Volunteer.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes: Largest Christian sports organization in America seeking to impact athletes and coaches. Volunteer.
Pop Warner Football: Serving as Assistant Football Coach for a team in Sanford, this is a non-profit organization that provides youth football, cheer & dance programs for participants ranging from ages 5-16.
Education:
Mr. Stewart completed his Master of Business Administration and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Appalachian State University. As a quarterback for the ASU football team, Mr. Stewart played a part in the team winning three national championships in 2005, 2006 and 2007 which included the historic win over Michigan.
